Delete your data

InstaFeed manages the Instagram account of the business that hired us. We only ever hold data for accounts whose owner connected them to us.

Option 1 — disconnect from Instagram

1. Open Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find InstaFeed and choose Remove.
3. Instagram notifies us automatically and we erase every piece of data linked to that account: access tokens, published posts, photos you sent us, messages and comments.

Option 2 — ask us directly

Write to info@valensaconsulting.com from the email address of the account. We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email. You do not need to give a reason.

What we hold, and for how long

• Business details you gave us, the photos you sent, and the posts we published for you.
• Instagram comments and direct messages, only for accounts that switched that feature on.
• Nothing is shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train models.

Cómo borrar tus datos

1. En Instagram: Configuración → Permisos de sitios web → Apps y sitios web → InstaFeed → Eliminar. Nos llega el aviso y borramos todo lo asociado a esa cuenta.
2. O escríbenos a info@valensaconsulting.com desde el email de la cuenta. Lo borramos en 30 días y te lo confirmamos.
